Roll the window down, put the brakes on what's that sound? it's the organ grinder playing, hear him struggling in his solitude, grinding hard to get to you, changing hardly changeable moods with one hand. I was on my way back from buying flesh and bread, anxious 'bout my growing debt when I heard it. I forgot my debt threw a coin and asked him straight: so moving sounds you make, how?? he said: There's a cat alive inside There's a cat alive inside. And surprisingly he was right I heard it sneeze and I thought if it could be then what else? He said the problem is no one ever takes the risk, here's the hole stick your hand in, I'll keep playing

Bells ringing before the night, bells telling me in the morning everything's nailed to time. What are the reasons why great prophecies come in parables? Rules stealing all your time. No twisting my eyes out to see, just let the things come right to me, nothing but clues enough for me If you are a fishing mind relax and enjoy your evening sometimes a fish will come No twisting my eyes out to see, just let the things come right to me nothing but clues will set you free! Pictures and frames of me, thought it would do me better, why wasn't Dylan there? waiting for nothing more, what did we really wait for? dropping the lines on the floor

In the Sun 03:20
Yes I forgot what love is. Think you decide where to go. Staying in the sun, cells are changing, red and stumbling, nothing's the same Chasing a tambourine back to the pagans, dancing through the ages, rocks fall apart, what makes a dinosaur shiver? where are the love-raging springs? Some rivers drying out some don't! raiding beams changing blue ideas, burning a winter skin in Texas, changing the clothes they wear in France - a Paris, in Berlin, en Madrid

Beans 05:31
Beans, it's the only way, the only groceries I can buy Beans slowly running cold, I forgot the recipe, the old grips Words, answers to it all, delicate and tasty left me Seen on an ancient wall, an instructive sentence back then Beans waiting on a plate, seen in television calculated Beans steaming on a screen, family learning I missed Steam it's the only way, it's the only way out, I can't cook Steal every trick I know, I'm free to copy, it's not me Bills coming through my door, payment to remind me who's paying Beans count them 'fore I sleep, chase them back to waste fields, I don't sleep Beans, it's the only way, the only thing I can eat

Don't know what parts I miss, I know I left my ship, jumped in a running stream, a woman is all I see. Suddenly to have it all, to swim in the falls When I leave home we burst into summer, weightless, when I need sun everything withers, hold me If I could sing to you a lullabye or two (play it on the radio, play it on the radio) and you could hear me try to hear your breath at night (play it on the radio, play it on the radio) play the morning news, eternal waltz for two When I leave home...

The Migrant 02:58
Old July turned to sand oh when something between my hands Gone when babies get sick I know you'd like to take me home
8.
Don't turn tidal wave, don't turn tidal wave, what you've got for me? what you've got for me? Hey summer tidal wave I know you can't stay Hey summer tidal wave please take me in Oh so light you seem, danger you can't be, you bring parts of me, what did Luna keep? Hey summer tidal wave I know you can't stay Hey summer tidal wave please take me in
9.
Back To You 03:49
I'm riding back to you with your spirit in my shoes Back to homeless memories close to something I can't see But the full moon is a shield for new lovers in need And the sailors on the beach can't believe I'm out of reach
